Join Lincoln Electric as a Designer/Drafter to support our Plant Engineering team by creating and modifying designs that enhance our manufacturing capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a leading global company.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify 3D models and detail manufacturing drafts
Reverse engineer components from physical parts or legacy drawings
Maintain mechanical CAD procedures and standards
Support internal and external fabrication through the creation of supporting files
Document existing production and facility support equipment
Required Qualifications
High School Education or GED
3 years professional experience in design and drafting
Proficiency in Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Catia, or NX
Familiarity with AutoCAD
Experience with data management systems (PDM/PLM)
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft software applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
Exposure to machine shop or metal manufacturing processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
