Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles
Conduct road tests to diagnose problems
Keep work area clean and safe
Use tools and technologies for repairs and diagnostics
Learn new skills through training
Work on other projects and tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
6 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance
Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred
Ability to solve problems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
Specialized training in diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials)
OEM training courses
ASE Certification
608/609 certifications
