Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director where you will inspire children and teachers alike. You’ll lead a team to create engaging classroom experiences and foster strong relationships with families and the community, all while ensuring educational excellence and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure effective site operations and maintain licensing standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and leaders
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Strong desire to make a difference for children
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state specific guidelines
Basic computer proficiency
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Read, write, understand, and speak English
