Key Responsibilities
Safety planning for all field operations
Personnel management including setting production, safety, and quality goals
Identify resources needed for job sites
Manage and update the work schedule
Contribute to monthly cost reporting on projects
Accurately report weekly quantities completed
Coordinate equipment acquisitions
Review progress and performance with the Project Manager
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
OSHA 30 Hour certification
5 years of field superintendent/management experience in the solar and/or wind markets
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or related field
