Join DMC Harper University Hospital as a CT Technologist and play a key role in performing diagnostic CT exams. You will work under general supervision, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging while contributing to innovative healthcare in a specialty referral hospital.
Perform diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment Verify patient identity and review medical records Interview patients to obtain and verify medical history Set up equipment and acquire appropriate images Review images, document exceptions, and communicate with radiologist Provide post care instructions to patients Participate in process improvement activities Provide imaging education to residents and new employees Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or Computed Tomography (CT) preferred Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training by end of orientation period One or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology or advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
