Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as an Entry-Level Phlebotomist where you'll play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma. With on-the-job training, you'll ensure donor safety, manage records, and contribute to continuous improvement in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Coordinate donor compensation and prepare donor charts
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift to 5 lbs., occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear
1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful
