Travel Physical Therapist – Keene, NH

Start Date: 9/29/2025

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week guaranteed (Inpatient Rehab Unit)

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend & holidays as needed

On Call: None

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide patient-centered physical therapy for a wide range of diagnoses and ages

• 
  

  Design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function

• 
  

  Assist patients with adaptive devices, post-surgical recovery, stroke rehab, sports injury recovery, and chronic condition management

• 
  

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum 2+ years current PT experience (No New Grads)

• 
  

  Previous travel experience highly preferred

• 
  

  EPIC and Expro experience strongly preferred

• 
  

  BLS required
