Key Responsibilities
Provide HR Generalist support to the BioLife Plasma Services network
Support organizational initiatives for leadership development and employee engagement
Conduct employee listening sessions and make management recommendations
Manage employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
Participate in local talent planning and development
Assist with recruiting and hiring strategies
Provide management training and HR training for managers
Analyze turnover and other HR trends for actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3-5 years Human Resources generalist experience
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources experience in the health care or pharmaceutical industry
Prior human resource professional experience in a large/matrix organization
