(Vehicle must meet company guidelines)Potential to earn over $300 monthly from our CarData reimbursement program (Vehicle must meet PFG guidelines).Work Schedule: 5 days a week with an average of 8 hours daily.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will use your personal vehicle to visit various customer locations. Your primary goal will be to place merchandise in display areas according to set plan-o-grams, ensuring that every square foot of the store is optimized for product visibility and sales. You will assess store needs and notify management of any issues promptly. Furthermore, you will analyze customer sales, determine underperforming or discontinued items, and recommend replacement products that will drive sales and profitability.Essential Duties Include:
Visit assigned stores as scheduled to provide stellar customer service.Execute merchandising tasks such as stocking, pricing, shelf facing, and cleaning at customer locations.Organize store shelves or display areas in compliance with each store's requirements.Monitor potential account issues at the store level and communicate with Sales and/or Sales Manager as needed.Ensure safe and organized store aisles.Maintain equipment assigned to you.Take on additional duties as required.Report hours accurately to the division via provided time sheets.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Reliable vehicle with up-to-date auto insurance.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Excellent customer service skills.Physical ability to lift products weighing 5-25 lbs frequently and occasionally lift cases up to 70 lbs.About Our Company:Core-Mark, a part of Performance Food Group Company, is affiliated with a Fortune 150 organization and continues to excel as a leader in fresh and broad-line solutions for the convenience retail industry.
