Key Responsibilities
Provide sales and support services to members
Generate leads and update members on travel and insurance specials
Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff when necessary
Process payments and perform cashiering services
Resolve member/customer complaints
Support travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods
Conduct outbound promotional calls
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer-focused environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to provide timely solutions to problems
Strong multi-tasking skills
