Key Responsibilities
Provide care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses

Required Qualifications
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
Current, active State Medical License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
