Job Description
Join Bosch as a Production Supervisor on the 3rd shift, leading a team in precision manufacturing of diesel fuel systems. You'll manage production operations, enhance employee skill development, and drive lean initiatives while prioritizing safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team in the manufacturing of diesel fuel systems
Oversee unionized production employees and manage scheduling
Drive employee training and development
Support lean manufacturing initiatives like 5S and Kanban
Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
2-3 years of experience supervising production employees
Experience with inventory management and production scheduling
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associates/Bachelors Degree in Business Manufacturing or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
