Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Days: Any 3 days a week, & EOW is needed by the facility
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions and post-surgical needs. This role involves monitoring patient health, administering medications, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring comprehensive patient care. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Nursing Staff – Manage, train, and support nursing personnel to ensure high standards of care.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Develop Care Plans – Coordinate and supervise individualized patient care plans.
• Quality Assurance – Monitor clinical outcomes, conduct audits, and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Leadership – Collaborate with administration and other departments for seamless facility operations.
  

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as RN.
• 1.5 years of M/S experience
• BLS required from the AHA, & CPI preferred.
• COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.

Facility Note: There will be a 40-hour orientation.
