Job Description
Join PG&E as an Associate Power Generation Project Engineer, where you'll support engineering and project management for small to medium projects in a dynamic hybrid work environment. Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of diverse power generation facilities while developing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in Power Gen project teams as a discipline engineer or project manager
Provide design criteria, calculations, and project forecasts
Support construction and procurement processes
Coordinate project activities across disciplines
Manage multiple routine to moderately complex projects
Required Qualifications
4-year BS Degree in Engineering from an accredited curriculum
Successful completion of the NCESFE Exam and obtain California E.I.T certification within 150 days of hiring
At least 18 months of engineering and/or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Current and active California Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical PE license
Ability to apply basic engineering and/or project management principles
