Join Citizens as a Business Banking Market Manager II and lead a dynamic team in the Southern NJ/Philadelphia/Delaware markets. You will be instrumental in driving financial success and fostering professional growth within your team, while actively engaging with Business Banking clients in the $10MM – $50MM range.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Relationship Managers responsible for Business Banking customers
Attain financial and sales goals through active coaching
Identify and close cross-sell product opportunities
Recruit sales representatives and develop team skills
Maximize team's overall contribution to the business
Required Qualifications
8+ years Business sales development experience
5+ years experience leading a team to achieve sales results
5+ years of credit experience
Strong presentation skills, both verbal & written
Ability to work in a matrix organization and develop partnerships across business lines
Strong PC skills, both in Word and Excel or similar software
Strong knowledge of banking deposit/credit products and services
Strong knowledge of bank operations/systems and compliance/regulatory issues
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred
