Key Responsibilities
Deliver and coordinate quality patient care
Observe and assess patient condition and care needs
Document all activities and nursing actions
Develop and update nursing care plans
Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques
Required Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Preferred Qualifications
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
Home health experience
