The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Home Health and Hospice work experience and be available to start ASAP for a 13 week travel contract. This Baltimore area Home Health has an excellent pay package which also includes mileage. This is a Case Management position in Home Health, so prior Case Management experience is helpful.
