Join Soar Autism Center as an Early Childhood Provider, where you will support the development of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role offers comprehensive training and collaboration with a dedicated team to enhance children's growth through play-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized support to young children (ages 2–6) in a clinic-based setting
Follow intervention plans developed by clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Build trusting relationships with children and families while promoting developmental milestones
Required Qualifications
Experience working with young children, especially ages 2–6
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfort using computers and tablets
Reliable transportation to training and assigned center locations
Must meet physical requirements: ability to sit/kneel on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs., move quickly
Preferred Qualifications
