Job Description

Join Advanced Technology Services as a Reliability Engineer to enhance factory performance through innovative maintenance solutions and strategic analysis. Collaborate with teams to implement reliability-centered practices, ensuring optimal operations and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotes and adheres to the ATS safety culture
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and ATS policies
  • Partners with customers for engineered solutions to improve reliability
  • Identifies opportunities for Capital Expenditures for equipment replacement
  • Collaborates with maintenance team on predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies
  • Performs ATS Root Cause, Bad Actor, and Fault Tree Analysis
  • Communicates with leadership on alignment of ATS/Customer KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year of reliability experience
  • Demonstrates ability to use reliability tool sets
  • Experience in Performance of RCA
  • Involvement with RCM & FMEA
  • Master Level Proficiency in Predictive Technology
  • Vibration I Certification
  • Machine Health Monitoring Intermediate Proficiency
  • Experience with Work Execution Management
  • Technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components
  • Ability to research and apply new equipment technology/trends
  • Robust problem-solving, mathematical, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications
  • Intermediate verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong reporting and technical writing capability
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desire to develop into a leadership role
  • Experience with data trend analysis and various testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of government regulations such as cGMP, NETA, EPA, and OSHA
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills
  • Infrared I Certification
  • Ultrasound I Certification
  • Maintenance Lubrication Analyst I Certification
  • CMRP/ARP/CRP/CRL Certification
  • Green Belt certification
  • STS certification
