Key Responsibilities
Supervises customer service associates and manages store operations
Engages customers and resolves complaints
Analyzes financial and performance data to create action plans
Leads and trains team members for career development
Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training
Fluency in English
Willingness to work flexible schedule
