Key Responsibilities
Supervises planning, coordination, and delivery of patient care activities
Coordinates daily staffing and utilization of healthcare providers
Supports performance improvement programs and initiatives
Collaborates with hospital management personnel in problem solving
Participates in interviewing, selecting, training, and evaluating staff
Inspects the unit regularly for compliance with policies and procedures
Promotes harmonious relationships among the healthcare team
Resolves patient complaints in a timely manner
Consults and serves as a resource for staff members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
