Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to 50-70 callers per day
Conduct intake services and assist with Medicare program applications
Research complex issues and resolve member issues
Maintain a contact database and manage assigned caseload
Educate members on State eligibility processes and maintain confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday with flexibility
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience with adult Medicaid programs and CMS guidelines
