Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to 50-70 callers per day
  • Conduct intake services and assist with Medicare program applications
  • Research complex issues and resolve member issues
  • Maintain a contact database and manage assigned caseload
  • Educate members on State eligibility processes and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday with flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with adult Medicaid programs and CMS guidelines
