We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring, typically those with heart conditions, post-surgical status, or other acute medical needs. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition.
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac health, medications, and recovery plans.
• Document all patient care, assessments, and telemetry data accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).

MUST AHVE 2 years experience in specialty areas MUST HAVE basic dysrhythmia testing competency MUST HAVE BLS, ACLS
