Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve BRC protocols to meet goals
Train staff on BRC Standard Operating Procedures
Manage BRC volunteer, foster, and adoption programs
Develop yearly strategic plans for the BRC
Oversee budget management and provide monthly projections
Foster a healthy team culture aligned with ASPCA Core Values
Supervise and manage senior directors and staff
Develop relationships with ASPCA teams and partners
Required Qualifications
BS, BA or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a large team and overseeing a multifaceted program
Experience managing a budget
Preferred Qualifications
5 years experience managing a substantial, complex budget
Experience working as a leader in an animal shelter
Experience working in an animal shelter supporting operations and administrative responsibilities
