Key Responsibilities
Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assists with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and obtaining vital signs
Documents resident interactions and communicates changes to charge nurse
Aids providers and nursing staff with procedures as needed
Participates in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing
Maintains a record of continuing education credits
