Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Check in and interview patients to complete paperwork
Obtain and explain cost information, collect co-pays and deductibles
Address and resolve claim issues or registration errors
Provide customer service for inbound and outbound calls
Mentor other staff and provide technical direction
Support dynamic needs of the healthcare environment
Required Qualifications
6+ months of customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work standard daytime hours for training
Ability to work an average of 32 hours per week in 8-hour shifts
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
General office experience
