Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor area managers and teams

  • Ensure compliance with life safety and regulatory standards
  • Develop performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years working as a tradesperson
  • 5 years of managerial experience
  • Experience with technical building systems
  • Understanding of maintenance operations and vendor management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hybrid role
  • Familiarity with life safety system requirements
  • Ability to develop and analyze performance metrics
  • Experience managing large real estate portfolios
