Job Title: Physical Therapist

Shift: 8-hr Days, Mon–Fri
Candidate Restrictions:  No local candidates within 50 miles

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedics (conservative management, athletes, and geriatric populations).
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional mobility, gait, and balance.
• Perform documentation accurately and in compliance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Updated Resume .
• Active Kentucky PT License (or proof of application in progress).
• New Grads accepted
• First-time travelers welcome
