Key Responsibilities
Collect and record patient care data
Prepare for evaluations and obtain patient history
Select and administer tests and measures
Establish treatment plans based on evaluations
Provide education/training to patients
Oversee support staff of PTA, ATC, PT aides
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing
Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
Valid CPR License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience/knowledge with EMR software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Basic computer skills
