Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention for members
Communicate clinical material effectively to members and staff
Document clinical encounters in members' charts
Provide treatment to adults, adolescents, and children
Render immediate guidance & therapy for members in crisis
Consult on family interactions and community resources
Participate in quality management and continuous quality improvement activities
Required Qualifications
Two (2) years of post graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five (5) years
Masters degree in a Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California)
