Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in vehicle repair. You'll manage the repair process, provide thorough estimates, and ensure quality standards are met, all while educating customers about their rights and the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repairs and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed about vehicle status
Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning
Handle disbursement paperwork and ensure compliance with carrier requirements

Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
