Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business goals and support its workforce needs. Collaborate with executive leadership to drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for workforce planning and organizational development. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Conduct investigations into employee concerns and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. Talent Acquisition & Development Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and onboard top talent across various functions. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, career development, and leadership capabilities. Monitor performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on goal setting and evaluations. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Oversee adherence to company policies and update them as needed to reflect regulatory changes. Manage HR audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes. Compensation & Benefits Administration Work with corporate HR teams to manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity. Address employee questions and concerns regarding benefits, payroll, and related matters. Evaluate and recommend improvements to compensation and benefits offerings. HR Operations Oversee HR systems and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with data privacy regulations. Manage budgets for HR programs and initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility. Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure professional growth and operational excellence. Qualifications Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred). Experience 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role. Experience in a large, multi-location retail organization or similarly scaled company is highly preferred
