Key Responsibilities
Provide educational leadership to nursing staff
Assess quality of care for specific patient populations
Coordinate and implement orientation of nursing staff

Utilize evidence-based practice in clinical procedures
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
5+ years of clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing
Basic certification in Education or Critical Care Nursing
