Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PICU RN to join our team for a 13-week contract starting November 24, 2025. This position offers clinical review and auto-offer for qualified candidates. The ideal applicant will bring strong pediatric critical care skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Requirements:

• Must be available to start on 11/24/2025
• Must work two out of three winter holidays
• Every other weekend required
• Time off: Up to 40 hours approved; no time off permitted during the first two weeks of the contract
• VA license may be pending at time of submission

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Virginia or compact state)
• BLS and PALS certifications (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of PICU experience required; 2+ years highly preferred
• Pediatric cardiac experience is a plus
