Job Description
Trinitas Regional Medical Center is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide operational and consultative human resources services. You will establish effective relationships with departments, ensuring their HR goals are met while managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with laws.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with department leadership and employees
Serve as consultant/mediator for management and staff on policy and union contract issues
Counsel employees on transfers, promotions, and education programs
Ensure follow-up on employee retention and satisfaction
Conduct exit interviews and monitor for trends
Maintain knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance
Prepare corporate and facility reports
Liaise between assigned departments and Employee Health Services
Prepare documents for Peer Review and legal claims
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Behavioral Science
Prior HR Business Partner experience
Working knowledge of HRIS and talent management systems
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Time management skills
Interpersonal/problem-solving skills
Ability to make independent judgments
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of experience at a generalist level
