Key Responsibilities
Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor
Perform venipuncture and monitor donors during the donation process
Manage donor reactions and perform necessary tests
Operate and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment
Record donor information into the Donor Information System
Support center management in operational improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally and rarely 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in phlebotomy or health screening
