Key Responsibilities
Teach 11th and 12th grade college seminar courses
Guide students through the college application process
Build a culture of college and career readiness
Collaborate with parents and families
Participate in professional development
Build relationships with college admissions offices
Support college visits and information sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of two years experience in an urban district or charter school setting
Passionate commitment to the mission of Uncommon Schools
Prior experience working with high school students and families
Ability to communicate well with others
Strong digital literacy including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Naviance, and PowerSchool
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Experience within the college admissions field
