What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the financial success, operational excellence, and outstanding guest service in your market.

Guest Service Excellence

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer
• Ensure store standards are met and exceeded
• Handle escalated concerns with professionalism
• Oversee timely service and follow-up communication

People Leadership

• Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
• Lead by example—your passion will be contagious
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions

Financial & Operational Performance

• Analyze trends and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Monitor expenses, inventory, and shrink to protect the bottom line
• Process transactions and support daily operations

✅ What You Bring to the Team

✔ 5+ years of sales and management experience in an automotive repair shop or similar industry✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate✔ Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving growth✔ Prior experience as an Automotive Technician a plus✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation✔ Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays
