Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base
Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
Create and maintain strategic growth plans for accounts
Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated
Utilize Salesforce for managing the sales pipeline
Execute sales strategies through multiple channels including phone and email
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow the customer base
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Responsibility for a sales quota with a track record of exceeding it
Experience managing complex deals from start to finish
Experience with the business-to-business sales process
Responsibility for retaining and growing accounts
