Key Responsibilities
Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
Develop meaningful relationships with individuals being served
Assist with personal hygiene and support behavioral challenges
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Encourage community involvement and participant activities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
