Key Responsibilities
Ensure high quality, patient-centered care during designated shifts
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality
Collaborate with management and staff to improve outcomes
Support staff scheduling and manage labor according to patient care needs
Assist with inventory control and management of supplies
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 days of employment
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment
