Key Responsibilities
Lead BOH Operations in various dining environments
Ensure food production and quality meet resort standards
Collaborate on menu concept and implementation
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
Create and manage staff schedules
Conduct end of month inventories
Participate in Food and Beverage meetings
Support Food and Beverage department as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience in a kitchen management role
Food Allergen Safety Certification
Valid Driver's License
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree
Diverse background in quick-serve, family style, catering, and high-end dining
Knowledge of Food Traks inventory management system and Workday platform
Experience with online product ordering systems (e.g. esysco)
