Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BOH Operations in various dining environments
  • Ensure food production and quality meet resort standards
  • Collaborate on menu concept and implementation
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Conduct end of month inventories
  • Participate in Food and Beverage meetings
  • Support Food and Beverage department as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a kitchen management role
  • Food Allergen Safety Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Culinary degree
  • Diverse background in quick-serve, family style, catering, and high-end dining
  • Knowledge of Food Traks inventory management system and Workday platform
  • Experience with online product ordering systems (e.g. esysco)
