Job Description

Join Optum as a Building Services Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in facilities planning and coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of building services and engineering. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving healthcare quality and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities planning and coordination including building services and building engineering
  • Working with security, drivers, and building operations (electrical, mechanical, alarms and monitors)
  • Equipment setup/maintenance/repair, and warehousing operations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Current valid Massachusetts driver’s license
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to count, read, write, communicate and follow oral instructions in English
  • Frequently moves or transports packages, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
