We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This RN will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care in a dynamic mental health setting for adult clients (18+).

? Job Summary:

The RN will manage and coordinate nursing care during the client's hospitalization, ensuring care is delivered in alignment with clinical standards and organizational policies. Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Directing and supervising other healthcare personnel
• Providing hands-on patient care as needed
• Maintaining professional accountability for all care provided
• Applying strong nursing judgment and critical thinking skills
• Addressing economic and psychosocial barriers to care

✅ Essential Functions & Duties:

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality care to adult behavioral health patients
• Ability to lead and direct healthcare teams
• Adapt quickly to new techniques and protocols
• Engage in regular talking, hearing, and visual focus tasks
• Must be able to stand 4–6 hours per shift
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment
• Function within defined organizational policies and procedures
