Job Description
Join Genuine Parts Company as a Business Development Manager for Fleet & Heavy Duty, where you will spearhead sales initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth in the Fleet and Government sectors. This role demands a proactive approach to sales and excellent communication skills to promote NAPA's offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand sales for Fleet/Government & Heavy-Duty accounts
Communicate and execute strategic initiatives and sales promotions
Complete registration and sign-ups for new MSA customers
Present value propositions to Fleet prospects
Work with teams to drive program adoption and new accounts
Host training meetings for local sales teams
Achieve sales quotas and assist local BDGs
Provide exceptional customer service
Conduct periodic account reviews and manage key events
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
Must possess a valid driver's license
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Demonstrates sales acumen and communication skills
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Results orientation and financial acumen
Deep product knowledge
Technology proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
