Job Description

Join Genuine Parts Company as a Business Development Manager for Fleet & Heavy Duty, where you will spearhead sales initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth in the Fleet and Government sectors. This role demands a proactive approach to sales and excellent communication skills to promote NAPA's offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales for Fleet/Government & Heavy-Duty accounts
  • Communicate and execute strategic initiatives and sales promotions
  • Complete registration and sign-ups for new MSA customers
  • Present value propositions to Fleet prospects
  • Work with teams to drive program adoption and new accounts
  • Host training meetings for local sales teams
  • Achieve sales quotas and assist local BDGs
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct periodic account reviews and manage key events

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Demonstrates sales acumen and communication skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Results orientation and financial acumen
  • Deep product knowledge
  • Technology proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
