We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the production of aseptic/ESL mild products. You will be involved in developing, implementing and managing quality assurance and control systems, enduring compliance with regulatory standards, and continuously improving processes to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. Set and develop QA and Sanitation processes and organization objectives to direct reports. Create and revise QA and Sanitation standard operating procedures (SOPs) continuously. Identify and hire key QA and Sanitation positions within the organization. Train and develop all team members on best practices and standard operating procedures to meet or exceed QA and Sanitation requirements. Develop and implement learning and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and abilities through performance feedback, coaching and performance reviews. Analyze and interpret data to drive process improvements across operations. Respond to product or production quality problems, rapidly identifying and implementing remedies. Oversee end-to-end product quality for the facility. Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in the food manufacturing industry with a focus on aseptic processing. Ability to Manager and develop the quality assurance team, providing training guidance and performance evaluations Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM), HACCP, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
