Shift: Nights, 3x12s, one shift every 3rd weekend

Requirements:

• *Must be willing to work on and around Halloween*
• 3 years of Level III NICU experience - REQUIRED
• Active IL License is required at time of submission - REQUIRED
• Current documentation of Staffing Agency's IL Nurse Agency License (must include a copy with submission) - REQUIRED
• COVID vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
• BLS (AHA)
