As a Senior Operations Manager at Lowe's, you will lead operations to ensure efficient product flow and oversee a team of supervisors. Your role involves analyzing production volume, managing resources, and maintaining safety standards while driving performance to exceed key targets.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing all operations and product flow through the facility
Supervising a team of Operations Supervisors
Analyzing and forecasting production volume
Reevaluating resources as workflow conditions change
Leading the team to meet key performance indicator targets
Resolving complex operational issues
Communicating business objectives and workload plans to team and senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
3 years of experience in distribution center operations or related area OR 7 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations
Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Experience leading a team through change
Proven record of complying with safety requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing resources, time and budgets
Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
Experience taking a lead role in a Corporate-led initiative
Experience leading others through change
