WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Surgical Intensive Care Unit Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Neptune, NJ.

Job Function:

• Night Shift.
• 3x12: 7pm - 7:30am.
• Provides a high level of intensive care to critically-ill patients from specialists who are affiliated with General Surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular Surgery, Gynecology-Obstetrics, Transplantation (liver, pancreas, bowel, and kidney), and Urology.
• Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress. Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.
• Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members;
• Maintain patient records. Begin treatment and monitor dose.

Job Requirements:

• 2 full years of Critical Care RN experience is required; CCRN preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license for the state of New Jersey.
• BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
