Key Responsibilities
Ensure high quality, patient-centered care during designated shifts
Collaborate with management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Participate in quality assessment of patient care services
Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery
Assist with staff scheduling and labor management
Manage supplies and equipment inventory
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Bachelors Degree, or Work Experience in lieu of Degree
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (must be obtained within 1 year of employment)
NIH Stroke Scale (must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
STABLE (must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (must be obtained within 1 year of employment)
